Whether you're buying a print, a gift, or something for your next cold water adventure, we want you to feel confident and looked after. If anything’s unclear or you just need to ask a question, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Returns + Refunds

We hope you love your items, but if you change your mind, here’s what to do:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • To request a return, please email us using our contact page with your order number.

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Sorry, we can't accept returns on custom-made or personalised items unless they're faulty.

Shipping Info

  • Orders are usually packed and posted within 2–3 working days.

  • We currently ship via Royal Mail or Evri (depending on size/weight).

  • UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

  • We don’t currently ship internationally — but watch this space!

  • If your item hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please get in touch.

Terms + Conditions

  • All prices are in GBP.

  • Payment is taken securely at checkout.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if something’s gone drastically wrong (like a pricing glitch or out-of-stock item).

  • Once your order is shipped, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the postal service — but we’ll always help if something’s gone missing!
